In the process of recruitment, we use the Persolog® personal profile - DISC and we take into account the Persolog® integrative model, which enables an objective, transparent and targeted candidate selection.

An integrative model includes three levels of analysis:

  • Matching the profile of a potential candidate with job requirements.
  • Matching the potential candidate profile with the culture of the company and other employees in the group.
  • Match the profile of a potential candidate with a superior profile.

In the process of searching and selecting the most suitable candidate for your business, we take the following steps:

  • job analysis
  • analysis of group dynamics according to Persolog® personal profile DISC
  • defining the search for a suitable set of candidates
  • a selection process that includes:
    • review of the complete documentation of the applicants
    • a personal interview with potential candidates
    • DISC analysis of personality profiles

We prepare a final report of an agreed number of candidates with respect to the Persolog® integrative model and propose to the client the most suitable candidates. The final report includes the CV of the candidate, our bookmarks with interviews, the Persolog® personal profile - DISC and the explanation of the suitability of the candidate according to the integral Persolog® model.
