Recruiting with DISC
In the process of recruitment, we use the Persolog® personal profile - DISC and we take into account the Persolog® integrative model, which enables an objective, transparent and targeted candidate selection.
An integrative model includes three levels of analysis:
- Matching the profile of a potential candidate with job requirements.
- Matching the potential candidate profile with the culture of the company and other employees in the group.
- Match the profile of a potential candidate with a superior profile.
In the process of searching and selecting the most suitable candidate for your business, we take the following steps:
- job analysis
- analysis of group dynamics according to Persolog® personal profile DISC
- defining the search for a suitable set of candidates
- a selection process that includes:
- review of the complete documentation of the applicants
- a personal interview with potential candidates
- DISC analysis of personality profiles
We prepare a final report of an agreed number of candidates with respect to the Persolog® integrative model and propose to the client the most suitable candidates. The final report includes the CV of the candidate, our bookmarks with interviews, the Persolog® personal profile - DISC and the explanation of the suitability of the candidate according to the integral Persolog® model.
